India In the semifinals
I could see hope in their eyes,
Their love for the team was extremely nice.
It is their patriotism for the country and the  team,
India winning the world cup, I think, is their dream.

When the main players were out, it was a matter of confusion,
But I know, between them was a beautiful batting combination.
I know the three, who got out in a run,
But seeing Rohit Sharma’s centuries was so much fun.

For the match, the best India had prepared,
There was no hope ,for the matter of despair.
I could see the disappointed India when M.S lost his wicket,
As if whole India’s heartbeats was  cricket.
